These terms apply to every visit and every order on merrigifts.com. Please read them before you buy.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the UK.
The Terms
By accessing or purchasing from merrigifts.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. merrigifts.com is operated by HUY DAU LANH LLC. In these terms, "Merrigifts", "we" and "us" mean HUY DAU LANH LLC, and "you" means the person using the site.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.
We sell to customers with delivery addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom only.
You can check out as a guest. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation after PayPal confirms payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at a wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. In that case, we refund the full amount.
US prices are in USD and UK prices are in GBP. PayPal is the accepted payment method. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Guest Checkout.
For US orders: The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. For UK orders: VAT is collected at checkout. The VAT amount is shown before you pay, and you will not be asked to pay extra VAT, duties or customs fees on delivery.
All items are printed to order and shipped from the United States. Processing takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT), delivery takes 3–5 business days, and the total estimated time is 5–10 business days. Shipping costs $4.95 flat rate for US orders and £4.95 flat rate for UK orders.

You can return or exchange items for 30 days from delivery. Return shipping is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns, and there is no restocking fee.
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy page.
Every product is made to order. We try to show colors, prints and sizes accurately, but colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item, and small variations in print placement can occur.
Product options can change or be removed at any time. If an option you ordered becomes unavailable, we contact you and offer a different option or a full refund.
All content on merrigifts.com, including designs, text, graphics and the Merrigifts name, belongs to HUY DAU LANH LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell any of this content without our written permission.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not give you any rights to the design.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false orders or information, or to collect data from the site by automated means.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This section does not limit the rights you have under our Return & Refund Policy or under mandatory consumer law.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify HUY DAU LANH LLC against claims, losses and costs that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
This does not apply where the claim results from our own breach or negligence.
Emails or pages related to your order may refer you to third-party websites, such as PayPal or carrier tracking pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms.
Our Privacy Policy page explains how we collect and use your personal information, including our use of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
By using the site, you agree to that processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access to the website if you break these terms. You may stop using the website at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep all rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, as applicable. The choice of Wyoming law does not remove those protections.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally in 30 days, either party may take the matter to the courts named in section 16.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
The terms in effect at the time you place an order apply to that order.
