If we sent the wrong design, size or color, we cover everything and send the correct item.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? You can return it. Free return shipping applies.
Free return shipping on change-of-mind & sizing returns
For change-of-mind and sizing returns, return shipping is free for US and UK customers. We do not charge a return shipping fee. We email you a prepaid label, and USPS, UPS or FedEx carries the package back to us.

To qualify for a change-of-mind or sizing return, items must meet these conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair and damage
- Original tags attached where provided
- Shoes unworn outdoors and returned in their original box
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
These items are not eligible for return:
- Items reported after the 30-day window
- Items worn, washed or damaged after delivery
- Items sent back without contacting us first, since they have no return label

We inspect the item and process your refund or exchange in 2 business days after it arrives.
UK
United Kingdom
UK returns ship back to our return facility in the United States. The label is still free, and we do not charge a return shipping fee.

Transit to the US takes 5–10 business days. We process your refund or exchange in 2 business days after it arrives.
Your UK statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected. As a UK consumer you keep all rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to those rights.

Your new item is printed to order and shipped in 2–5 business days at no extra shipping cost. If the option you want is not available, we issue a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, either your PayPal balance or the card you used with PayPal Guest Checkout. US refunds are issued in USD and UK refunds are issued in GBP. We email you when the refund is sent.
Shipping Fees
Shipping Fee Refunds and Defective Items
The original shipping fee ($4.95 for US orders, £4.95 for UK orders) is non-refundable for change-of-mind and sizing returns. Return shipping for those returns is still free.
For UK customers, where UK law requires it, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.
Defective, damaged or wrong items
Email us photos of the problem and your order number before the 30-day window ends. We refund the full order amount including the original shipping fee, or send a free replacement. In some cases we will not need the item back. If we do, the return label is free.

Our products are made to order, so production starts soon after your payment is confirmed. To cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.
